1. Do your chauffeurs wear uniforms?
2. All our chauffeurs are fully uniformed in suits, shirts and a company tie. (Hats and gloves worn on request)
3. What is a 'Meet and Greet'?
4. We have employees based in Heathrow airport to meet and greet you out of the arrivals hall and take you to your waiting chauffeur.
5. What is a PCO Licence?
6. A Public Carriage License is a license which enables us to carry out private hire assignments as to the regulations set down by the British government.  (Click here for PCO website)
7. Do all your chauffuers have licences?
8. All of our chauffeurs have PCO permits as well as all our vehicles.
9. What are your Terms & Conditions?

11. Can you provide chauffeur driven cars for weddings?
12. We can cater for weddings, please contact our control manager for a quote, be sure to book in advance especially during high season (June, July and August).
13. Do you only work in London?
14. No, we are nationwide and we also have affiliated international companies.

17. Is smoking permitted in any of the vehicles?
18. All vehicles are strictly no smoking, this is in compliance with England's smoking ban of July 1st 2007.
